The IT support was really effective. Pak Endang resolved some technical issues quickly. Kaila provided excellent guest service. She was attentive. Many thanks to all the team for their efforts.
There wasn't an option to choose the room facing the welcome statue. I would have chosen that, OBVIOUSLY. the complimentary breakfast seemed limited.

the entire experience was smooth i especially appreciated the professionalism of the team. i want to highlight pak endang from it support he responded quickly and resolved technical issues efficiently. kaila provided excellent handling and guest service she was attentive and proactive. thanks so much for all your hard work it was really great staying here.
there were some maintenance issues with my room there was water ponding in the shower cubicle when showering. lights flickered and shut off due to a circuit board issue this suggests they need to pay more attention to maintenance. i expect high standards of hygiene from a five-star hotel.

the breakfast buffet offered diverse options including some indonesian dishes it made for a good start to the day. the servers jihan vani and vinia were very helpful throughout the dining experience. i especially enjoyed the pasta station.

the hotel is near shopping center just a 5 minute walk to go to grand indonesia making it convenient. the hotel has a whatsapp channel to communicate with the team offering great convenience. i found the location excellent for accessing nearby amenities.

the rooms were clean and i found the room to have a good view it definitely added to the quality of my stay. the room included good amenities and comfortable furnishings creating a restful environment. i liked the overall room arrangement.
